CLCC Event Refund Policy
In the event Fall Crawl must be postponed, your registration will be transferred to the new date automatically. If you are unable to attend on the new date, you will be issued a refund as described below.
In the event Fall Crawl must be cancelled, CLCC will make refunds to registrants that have registered and paid. If event shirts have not been ordered at the time of cancellation, registrants will receive a full refund within 30 days of the cancellation. If event shirts have been ordered at the time of cancellation, registrants will receive a refund less the cost of the shirts they ordered and associated postage. CLCC will mail the shirts to the address shown on the associated registration form. Refunds and shirts will be mailed within 30 days of the cancellation announcement or receipt of the shirts by CLCC.
